超高速轻量转子动平衡技术精密控制探究 被引量:1

摘要 随着家用电器对高速电机转速要求不断提高,转速以吸尘器领域为例,转速高达140 000 rpm,同时具备体积小、功率密度高等要求,电机高速化对转子系统的不平衡要求更高,来解决旋转机械的振动故障有70 %来源于转子系统不平衡造成的重大质量、寿命影响。同时高速化后声品质要保障低噪音,对振动允许值要求超高,达到实验、声品质标准,因此对高速转子动平衡精密控制以及校正实现研究也极为迫切,本文针对电机的轻量高速转子保证进行研究。 As home appliances increasing requirement for high speed motor speed,speed in vacuum field,for example,of up to 140000 RPM,with small volume and high power density requirements at the same time,high speed motor rotating subsystem of unbalanced demand higher,to solve the vibration of rotating machinery fault 70% comes from major quality due to unbalanced rotor system,life influence.At the same time,the sound quality of high-speed motor should ensure low noise,require high vibration allowable value,and meet the standards of experiment and sound quality.Therefore,the research on the precise control and correction of the dynamic balance of high-speed rotor is also extremely urgent.This paper studies the guarantee of lightweight high-speed rotor of motor.
