长辛店工业城镇生活性景观保护与更新研究

The Protection and Regeneration of Industrial Town Living Landscape in Changxindian

本文研究旨在从空间集体记忆切入,建立工业城镇生活性景观认知与保护更新方法:通过在北京铁路工业重镇长辛店开展的系列访谈,采集空间集体记忆要素,并依据记忆度、历史价值、现存状况建立空间集体记忆要素综合评价体系,对不同要素给出保护、激活、修缮等发展策略,为科学指引工业城镇生活性景观保护与更新提供依据,以实现生活性景观的整体、活态可持续更新。

This paper aims to establish a scientific method for protection and renewal of the living landscape of industrial heritage towns by using the study on the spatial collective memory.Changxindian,an important railway industrial town in Beijing is as the case study area.By the large-scale oral interviews during fieldwork,key landscape elements are collected and sorted out through comprehensive evaluation system,and valuable elements could be distinguished with different strategies for conservation,refurbishment or reuse.The findings intends to provide a basis for scientifically guiding the protection and renewal strategies of the living landscape of industrial towns,in order to realize the overall and sustainable renewal of the living landscape.
