碳纤维车体阻抗特性分析及升降弓过电压研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了评估碳纤维动车组车体由于导电性弱于传统铝合金车体而引起的的车体过电压危害,分析并测试了碳纤维材料的阻抗特性,然后基于某公司改进设计的半碳纤维半铝合金车体结构,建立了动车组浪涌过电压电路模型,通过仿真分析升降弓瞬间司机室车体浪涌过电压的传输特性,得到升弓最大车体过电压为2.4 kV,对车载电子设备造成安全隐患,并提出利用金属接地网络为车内设备提供接地点的防护方法,有效保证了车内设备的安全性。 In order to evaluate the over-voltage damage of CFRP(Carbon fiber reinforced polymer/plastic)car body due to its poorer conductivity than traditional aluminum alloy car body,the impedance characteristics of CFRP were analyzed and tested,and the surge overvoltage circuit model of CFRP train body was established based on the improved design of semi-CFRP semi-aluminum alloy structure.The transmission characteristics of surge overvoltage of the cab body at the moment of pantograph raising/dropping were analyzed by simulation.The results show that the maximum overvoltage in pantograph raising reaches 2.4 kilovolts,which is a potential safety hazard for on-board equipment.It is proposed that the metal grounding network is installed in cab body to provide grounding points for on-board equipment,which is effectively ensures the safety of the on-board equipment.
