摘要
晃车现象普遍存在于铁道车辆中,成为影响旅客乘坐舒适性的重要因素。为了更好地评估铁道车辆在日常运营过程中的晃车程度,在原有评判体系的基础上,提出了一种基于峰值计数的晃车评判方法。该方法以车体横向加速度为研究对象,从时域的角度统计加速度峰值分布情况,同时兼顾了不同振动频率对人体舒适性影响的差异性。以某型动车组实测振动信号为例,计算对比了2种方法在评判结果上的一致性。分析结果表明,基于峰值计数的晃车评判方法与原有横向平稳性指标在晃车评判上具有很好的一致性,可以有效地识别车辆在运行过程中的晃车现象,并进行晃车等级的划分。文章通过动车组实测数据对该方法进行了验证,该方法同样可以推广应用于其他速度等级的铁道车辆中。
The phenomenon of car-body hunting is widespread in railway vehicles and has become an important factor affecting passengers’ride comfort.To better evaluate the level of car-body hunting in the daily operation of railway vehicles,on the basis of the original evaluation methodology,an evaluation method of car-body hunting was proposed on the basis of peak count.The car-body lateral acceleration was taken as the research object,and a statistical analysis was carried on for the peak value distribution of the acceleration.The influence of different vibration frequencies on the ride comfort was taken into account,simultaneously.Taking the measured vibration signals of a certain type of CRH as an example,the consistency of the evaluation results of these two methods has been calculated and compared.The analysis results show that the proposed method has a good consistency with the lateral Sperling index in the evaluation of car-body hunting,and it can effectively detect the phenomenon of car-body hunting and classify the level during the operation.The proposed method was verified by the measured data from EMU,it could also be promoted and applied to other railway vehicles with different running speeds.
