绿色技术创新对城市碳减排的效应研究 被引量:33

摘要 绿色技术创新是迎接新一轮技术革命的重要举措和解决我国现实生态环境问题的重要支撑。基于2003—2018年中国278个城市样本数据所构成的空间杜宾模型,对绿色技术创新影响城市碳排放的空间效应展开回归分析,并进一步将空间效应纳入中介效应模型,对绿色技术创新影响碳排放的具体路径进行检验,结果表明:我国城市间碳排放呈现出显著的空间相关性和“空间俱乐部”趋势;绿色技术创新表现出显著的城市碳减排效应,且绿色技术创新可以通过结构优化效应和节能效应对碳排放产生间接驱动作用。因此,要进一步激发绿色技术创新在我国节能减排战略差异化布局中的引领力,构建城市间绿色技术创新与节能减排政策的协同联动机制,形成绿色技术创新链、产业链和资金链深度融合的创新生态系统。 Green technology innovation is an important measure to welcome the new round of technological revolution and an important support to solve the realistic ecological and environmental problems in China. Based on the spatial Dubin model of 278 Chinese cities from 2003 to 2018, this paper conducts a regression analysis on the spatial effect of green technology innovation on urban carbon emissions, and further includes the spatial effect into the mediating effect model to test the specific path of green technology innovation on carbon emissions. The empirical results show that there is a significant spatial correlation and “space club” trend of carbon emissions among Chinese cities. Green technology innovation has a significant effect on urban carbon emission reduction, and it can indirectly drive carbon emission through structural optimization effect and energy saving effect.Therefore, it is necessary to further stimulate the leading power of green technology innovation in the differentiated layout of China’s energy conservation and emission reduction strategies, build a collaborative linkage mechanism between green technology innovation and energy conservation and emission reduction policies among cities, and form an innovation ecosystem with the deep integration of green technology innovation chain, industrial chain and capital chain.
