摘要
创新是我国新时代首要发展理念。创新能力的培养离不开创新教育,创新能力的培养必须从中小学开始。创客教育以其创新性、实践性、开放性、共享性等特质,成为培养创新型人才、提高国民综合素质的新抓手,是创新教育的重要体现。高质量开展创客教育关键在师资。在新时代做好中小学创客教育,需要高度重视中小学创客教师保障,尤其是要做好民族地区中小学创客教育师资保障工作,补齐短板。因此,立足民族地区实际,重视多措并举,积极应对民族地区中小学创客教育师资保障困境,特别是以灵活的政策措施拓展创客教师的数量,以适切的培训提升创客教师的质量,以积极的外援增强创客教师的力量,以科学的管理发挥创客教师的作用。
Innovation is a primary development concept of our country in the new era. The cultivation of innovative ability is inseparable from innovation education, and it must start from primary and secondary schools. Maker education, with its characteristics of innovation, practicality, openness, and sharing, has become a new starting point for cultivating innovative talents and improving the overall quality of the people and an important manifestation of innovative education. And the key to high-quality development of maker education lies in teachers. Thus, to do a good job of maker education in elementary and middle schools in the new era, we need to attach great importance to the guarantee of maker teachers in elementary and middle schools, especially in minority areas to make up for shortcomings. Therefore, based on the reality of ethnic regions, we should take multiple measures and actively respond to the plight of teacher guarantee for maker education in ethnic regions. Specific suggestions proposed in this paper include expanding the number of maker teachers with flexible policies and measures;improving the quality of maker teachers with appropriate training;enhancing the power of maker teachers with active foreign aid;bringing into play the role of maker teachers with scientific management.
