摘要
建筑工程项目有着大量的分项工程以及复杂的工序,因此要对建筑工程项目实现严格的把控是十分困难的。为了对建筑工程实现多目标的优化,此次研究首先将工程质量进行了量化处理,然后建立了工期-成本-质量三维优化模型,并使用改进遗传算法对该模型进行计算以分析3者之间的关系。研究结果表明,该方法能够有效地求解工程多目标优化问题,且在建筑工程中,工期、成本、质量之间相互影响,以期为实现建筑工程多目标均衡优化提供一定的参考。
Construction project has a large number of sub projects and complex processes,so it is very difficult to control the construction project strictly.In order to realize the multi-objective optimization of construction engineering,Firstly the engineering was quantified,and then a three-dimensional optimization model of construction period cost quality was established,and uses the improved genetic algorithm was used to calculate the model to analyze the relationship between the three.The results show that the method proposed in this study can effectively solve the multi-objective optimization problem of engineering,and in the construction engineering,the construction period,cost and quality influence each other.It is hoped that this study can provide certain reference for the realization of multi-objective balanced optimization of construction engineering.
