郫县豆瓣产业化与县域经济联动发展对策研究

Study on the Interconnected Development Countermeasures between Industrialization of Pixian Douban and County Economy

产业化是非物质文化遗产实现可持续发展的重要途径。“郫县豆瓣”作为产值过百亿的非遗项目,对地方经济发展作出了积极的贡献。用灰色关联度方法实证分析了“郫县豆瓣”产业化与县域经济发展之间的关系。结果显示,“郫县豆瓣”产值与郫都区经济发展的关联度并不高,地方特色和非遗文化的优势尚未充分发挥出来,产业附加值还有较大的提升空间。重点在于三产联动,延长产业链,优化产业结构。为此提出了原料生产产业化,产学研用一体化,非物质文化遗产产业化,深化农工文商旅融合4个对策,助推“郫县豆瓣”产业高质量发展和县域经济社会发展。

Industrialization is an important way to realize the sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage.“Pixian Douban”,as an intangible cultural heritage project with an output value of more than 10 billion,has made a positive contribution to local economic development.In this paper,the relationship between the industrialization of“Pixian Douban”and the county economy development was empirically analyzed with the method of grey correlation degree.The results show that the correlation between the output value of“Pixian Douban”and the economic development of Pidu district is not high,the advantages of local characteristics and intangible cultural heritage have not been brought into full play,and there is still much room to improve the industrial added value.Therefore,four countermeasures were put forward:industrialization of raw material production,integration of industry,university,research and application,industrialization of intangible cultural heritage and deepening the integration of agriculture,industry,culture,business and tourism,so as to promote the high-quality development of“Pixian Douban”industry and the county economic and social development.
