Construction of Application Ability Cultivation System for Environmental Engineering Major under the Background of Engineering Certification

工程认证教育背景下,对基于社会需求的专业应用能力提出更高的要求。以池州学院为例,探讨专业建设和应用能力培养,通过分析该专业建设存在的问题和压力,从人才培养方案、社会和行业需求、反向课程设计、知识构架等方面明确建设思路,定位契合市场的人才培养目标体系,构建对应岗位能力的环境工程专业课程体系和基于“四层次”的实践教学体系。通过深化校企合作主动适应市场,以社会需求倒逼人才培养改革,加强应用能力培养体系建设。

Under the background of engineering certification education,higher requirements are put forward for professional application ability based on social needs.Taking Chizhou University as an example,the major construction and application ability cultivation was discussed.By analyzing the problems and pressures existing in the major construction,the construction ideas were clarified from the aspects of talent cultivation plan,social and industrial needs,reverse course design,knowledge framework,etc.,the talent cultivation target system that fits the market was positioned,and the curriculum system of environmental engineering specialty corresponding to post ability and the practice teaching system based on“four levels”were constructed.We should actively adapt to the market by deepening school-enterprise cooperation,force the reform of talent training based on social demands,and strengthen the construction of the training system of application ability.
