习近平生态民生观聚焦于人民群众日益增长的优美生态环境需要,在反思国内外生态环境治理实际、发展创新马克思恩格斯生态民生观、传承弘扬中华优秀传统生态民生智慧、系统凝练中国共产党历代领导人生态民生实践成果的基础上得以发展和完善。习近平生态民生观具有鲜明的人民性价值取向,蕴含着人与自然和谐共生、生态文化重塑、生态政治化建设、生态公平正义的丰富内涵。在新发展阶段,推动习近平生态民生观的实现,需要进行观念变革,推动全社会的绿色转型;强化制度建设,坚持和完善生态文明制度体系;需要加强科学谋划,统筹山水林田湖草系统治理;以开放合作的胸怀,携手共建人类绿色家园。

Xi jinping’s ecological concept on people’s livelihood focuses on the growing needs of the people for a beautiful ecological environment.It is developed and improved on the basis of reflecting on the reality of ecological environment governance at home and abroad,developing and innovating Marx and Engels’concept of ecological people’s livelihood,inheriting and carrying forward Chinese excellent traditional wisdom of ecological people’s livelihood,and systematically refining the practical achievements of ecological people’s livelihood of successive leaders of the Communist Party of China.Xi Jinping’s ecological concept of people’s livelihood has a distinct people-oriented value orientation,which contains rich connotations of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,ecological culture reshaping,ecological politicization,and ecological fairness and justice.In the new stage of development,to promote the realization of Xi Jinping’s ecological concept of people’s livelihood,it is necessary to change concepts and promote the green transformation of the whole society,to strengthen institutional construction,adhere to and improve the institutional system of ecological civilization;it is also necessary to strengthen scientific planning,coordinate the systematic governance of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grasslands and work together to build a green home for mankind with an open and cooperative mind.
