低温工况环境试验系统蒸发器设计

摘要 翅片低温下的结霜现象会显著影响蒸发器选型的准确性,本文提出了低温环境试验系统的制冷量计算方法及结霜工况蒸发器的设计理论。结合-40℃系列的低温环境试验系统开发了计算软件,以工作室空间为1 m^(3)的低温箱为设计依据,得出蒸发器的关键参数。测量蒸发器出口的降温曲线表明设计结果的合理性,为其他低温翅片蒸发器的设计应用提供了参考。 The frosting phenomenon at the low temperature of the fins will significantly affect the accuracy of the evaporator selection.This paper proposes the calculation method of the cooling capacity of the low temperature environmental test system and the design theory of the frosting condition evaporator.The calculation software was developed in combination with the low temperature environmental test system of the -40℃ series.The design of the low temperature chamber with a studio space of 1 m^(3) was used as the design basis,and the key parameters of the evaporator were obtained.Measuring the cooling curve at the outlet of the evaporator indicates the rationality of the design results,which provides a reference for the design and application of other low temperature fin evaporators.
