使用不同钢锅对电磁炉传导测试结果影响的实证研究

摘要 在IEC 61000-3-2:2020中,对于电磁炉谐波电流测试要求使用平底钢锅作为负载锅测试,而在CISPR 14-1:2020中,对于电磁炉传导骚扰测试要求使用搪瓷钢锅作为负载锅测试。本文将就电磁炉传导骚扰测试中,使用平底钢锅和搪瓷钢锅为负载对测试结果是否存在显著差异进行实证研究,并依据实证研究结果进一步对CISPR 14-1中关于传导骚扰测试负载锅提出修改建议。 IEC 61000-3-2:2020 requires the use of steel pan as load pan for harmonic current emissions testing of induction cooking appliances,while CISPR 14-1:2020 requires the use of enamel steel vessel as load pan for conducted disturbance testing of induction cooking appliances.In this paper,an empirical study is made on whether there is a significant difference in test results between steel pan and enamel steel vessel in conducted disturbance test of induction cooking appliances.Based on the empirical study results,some suggestions for modifying CISPR 14-1 on conducted disturbance test load pan are put forward.
