摘要
为有效防治牛的金黄色葡萄球菌病,无菌采集疑似葡萄球菌病例牛的肝、脾等组织,进行病原菌的分离鉴定、革兰形态染色镜检、生化特性试验以及致病性试验。通过对菌株基因测序,遗传进化树的构建,鉴定该菌为金黄色葡萄球菌。选用12种临床常用抗菌药物针对该病原菌进行药敏实验,结果显示,分离菌株对阿莫西林、多西环素、多粘菌素、环丙沙星等耐药,对丁胺卡那高度敏感。
In order to effectively prevent and control Staphylococcus aureus in cattle,the liver and spleen tissues of cattle with suspected cases of Staphylococcus aureus were collected aseptically for the isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria,microscopic examination of gram morphological staining,biochemical characteristics test and pathogenicity test.The strain was identified as Staphylococcus aureus by gene sequencing and genetic tree construction.Twelve kinds of clinically common antimicrobial agents were selected for drug sensitivity test against this pathogen.The test results showed that the isolates were resistant to amoxicillin,doxycycline,polymyxin,ciprofloxacin and other drugs,and highly sensitive to butamicarb.
