摘要
红花既是常见中草药,也是常用的天然食用色素,本文探索了红花在纺织印染领域中的应用.采用超声波水提法从中药材红花中提取染料色素,通过预媒染色法对棉针织物进行染色;在媒染剂明矾用量5 g/L,预媒处理时间30 min,染色温度70℃、保温时间60 min的优化工艺条件下,15%(o.w.f)用量的红花色素对棉针织物染色后的织物得色K/S值2.306,织物各项色牢度性能指标均能达到生产要求;同时,红花染色织物还具有一定的抑菌性能,尤其对大肠杆菌的抑菌性能较好,抑菌圈宽度9~10 mm.
Safflower is not only a Chinese herbal medicine,but also a natural edible pigment.This study ex-plores its application in the field of textile printing and dyeing.The dye pigment is extracted from safflower by ultrasonic assisted water extraction,and the pure cotton knitted fabric is dyed by pre medium dyeing.Un-der the optimal conditions of mordant alum dosage 5g/L,pretreatment time 30min,dyeing temperature 70℃and holding time 60min,the color K/S of cotton knitted fabric is 2.306 with safflower pigment of 15%(o.w.f),and all the fastness indexes can meet the production requirements.And then,safflower pigment dyed fabric has certain antibacterial properties,especially for Escherichia coli,and the width of bacteriostatic ring is 9-10 mm.
