摘要
德国职业教育信息化资源建设,体现为对教学过程和学习资源的系统化设计和再造。通过对混合式新技术学习平台、“能力车间”平台的介绍,提出德国职业教育信息化建设注重以学习者为中心来设计信息化资源,通过开放性和交互性激发学习动机,开展基于信息化的“针对复杂工作内涵”学习的特点。我国职业教育信息化资源建设主要按照行为主义和认知主义的学习理念,在未来职业教育信息化资源开发中应遵循设计导向的职业教育思想和行动导向的教学原则,设计基于职业工作的混合式工作与学习平台,为学习者提供交互学习的支持工具,建立职业学习新范式,把复杂工作转变为可控制的学习情境。
German vocational education informatization resource construction characteristics are embodied in the systematic design and reconstruction of the teaching process and learning resources. Through the introduction of the hybrid new technology learning platform and the "ability workshop" platform, this paper finds that German vocational education informatization construction focuses on the learner-centered design of informatization resources.Moreover, it stimulates learning motivation through openness and interactivity, and carries out informatization-based learning for complex work connotations. The guiding concept of China’s current vocational education informatization resources construction mainly comes from behaviorism and cognitivism. We should follow the design orientation of vocational education thought and action-oriented teaching principles to develop vocational education informatization resources. We should design hybrid work and learning platforms, provide supportive tools for interactive learning, establish a new paradigm for professional learning, and transform complex work into controlled learning situations.
