摘要 开发科学、规范的新型教材质量评价标准是有效进行职业教育教材评价的前提。目前,虽然各职业院校、出版社都将新型教材作为职业教育转型升级、三教改革的重点任务组织实施,在理论研究、新型教材开发编写、教学试用等方面取得了初步成效,但仍缺乏系统可行的教材开发理念与方法,亟待形成新型教材的质量评价标准,以保障教材建设质量和教学效果。借鉴国内外相关研究成果和经验,在对新型教材质量评价内涵进行剖析的基础上,探索职业教育新型教材质量评价标准的开发路径,应用德尔菲法、聚类分析、焦点团队访谈和重测信度方法,构建了职业教育新型教材质量评价标准,包含5个一级指标、8个二级指标、20个三级指标。经过试用并进一步修改完善,新型教材质量评价标准使用效果良好,能够有效促进教师理解和接受新型教材开发新理论、新理念、新方法,理解质量评价标准的内涵及要求,开发出优质的职业教育新型教材。 Developing scientific and standardized quality evaluation standards for new-type textbook is a prerequisite for effective evaluation of vocational education textbook. At present, although all vocational colleges and publishers have organized and implemented new-type textbook as a key task in the transformation and upgrading of vocational education and the reform of "teachers, textbooks and teaching", and achieved initial results in theoretical research, development and writing of the new-type textbook, and teaching practice, there is still a lack of systematic and feasible concepts and methods for the development of the new-type textbook. It is urgent to form quality evaluation standards for the new-type textbook to guarantee the quality of textbook construction and teaching effectiveness. Drawing on relevant research results and experiences at home and abroad, based on the analysis of the connotation of quality evaluation of the new-type textbook, we explored the development path of quality evaluation standard of the new-type textbook for vocational education and applied the Delphi method, cluster analysis, focus team interview and remeasurement reliability method to construct the quality evaluation standard for new vocational education textbook,including 5 primary indicators, 8 secondary indicators and 20 tertiary indicators. After trial and further modification, the new-type textbook quality evaluation standard was used well and could effectively promote teachers to understand and accept new theories, concepts and methods of the new-type textbook development, understand the connotation and requirements of quality evaluation standard, and develop high-quality new-type textbook for vocational education.
