宣传赋能职业院校文化建设的三重逻辑 被引量:2

摘要 职业院校的文化建设较之普通院校拥有自身的类型特色。职业院校文化建设在实践中往往使用“校园文化”的概念,凝练成某种主旨意象进行引领,带有一定的类型特色,承担着传承传统文化、民族文化的历史使命,包含各类亚文化的建设。目前,职业院校文化建设的问题主要在于价值认知不到位和操作理念比较片面。宣传是职业院校自我影响和影响他人融合统一的办学行动之一,在共生层面,宣传是文化建设的实现工具;在伴生层面,宣传是文化建设的随动系统;在创生层面,宣传是文化建设的价值禀赋,职业院校要深入认识宣传的价值,充分发挥其对文化建设的重要作用。 Compared with the cultural construction of ordinary colleges, vocational colleges has its characteristics.The cultural construction of vocational colleges often uses the concept of "campus culture" in practice, condensing into a particualr theme image to lead, with certain types of characteristics, and undertakes the historical mission of inheriting traditional culture and national culture, including the construction of various subcultures. The problems of cultural construction in vocational colleges mainly lie in the lack of value cognition and the one-sided operation concept. Publicity is an integrated and unified college-running action of colleges’ self-influence and influence on others. At the symbiosis level, publicity is a tool of cultural construction. At the concomitant level, publicity is the follow-up system of cultural construction. At the creation level, publicity is the value endowment of cultural construction. We should fully understand the value of publicity for the cultural construction of vocational colleges.
