天然气液化过程有效能评价分析

摘要 为了能够保证在混合制冷流程中合理科学地进行有效能的利用,对其进行有效可靠的分析和探究,需要在天然气液化的工艺中进行全过程的模拟,在工艺流程模拟的基础下对其建立起多股流转换热器、冷机压缩机、混合器以及节流阀等的?分析模型,之后可以通过选用?平衡方程进行黑箱分析法来对各个方面的?损失展开分析,并通过分析结果来发现造成冷压缩、冷却、节流气化等过程中的?损失的主要因素。然后针对各个因素提出解决方法及时止损。本文对下降?损失的方式进行研究分析,进而有效地减少?损失,帮助天然气液化过程的有效能可以很好地保留。 In order to ensure the reasonable and scientific utilization of effective energy in the mixed refrigeration process,and to analyze and explore it effectively and reliably,it is necessary to carry out the simulation planning of the whole process in the natural gas liquefaction process,and establish the analysis models of multi stream conversion heat exchanger,refrigerator compressor,mixer and throttle valve on the basis of process flow simulation,Then,the black box analysis method can be used to analyze the loss in all aspects,and the main factors causing the loss in the processes of cold compression,cooling and throttling gasification can be found by discussing the analysis results.Then it puts forward solutions to various factors and stops the loss in time.This paper studies and analyzes the ways to effectively reduce loss,so as to effectively reduce loss and help preserve the effective energy of natural gas liquefaction process.
