天然气液化工厂产能提升的分析与研究

Analysis and Research on Capacity Improvement of Natural Gas Liquefaction Plant

天然气液化工厂近几年建设、投产不断增加,工艺技术趋于稳定,LNG市场前景广阔。本文从液化工厂常用生产工艺出发,对天然气液化生产单元逐一分析,并针对液化工厂的富余生产能力,提出工艺改造方案与对策,在投入较小的情况下,增加产能,降低生产成本。

In recent years,the construction and commissioning of natural gas liquefaction plants are increasing,the process technology tends to be stable,and the LNG market has broad prospects.In this paper,starting from the common production processes in liquefaction plants,the natural gas liquefaction production units are analyzed one by one,and aiming at the surplus production capacity of liquefaction plants,the technological transformation schemes and countermeasures are put forward,so as to increase the production capacity and reduce the production cost with less investment.
