基于赋能理论的部队基层官兵急救培训与实施效果评价

Evaluation of first aid training and implementation effect of grass-roots officers and soldiers based on empowerment theory

目的探讨赋能理论指导下,对某基层部队海军官兵实施急救技能培训效果。方法以官兵需求为导向,成立培训救治团队,调研培训需求,确立培训目标,编写培训教材,按照赋能理论步骤组织团队人员实施培训,并对培训后效果进行评价。结果针对调研需求前15项中6项急救技能进行培训,培训前与培训后1个月结果比较,培训后止血、通气、转运、包扎、心肺复苏技术理论知识均较培训前提高,心肺复苏技术、通气技术、旋压式止血带操作等六项急救操作技术培训前与培训后分布位置差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在广泛开展群众性练兵的大背景下,基层部队官兵已具备初步的急救技能操作,但仍需要合理安排日常训练与复训,部队医院应与基层部队建立长效联动机制,发挥辐射示范作用,共同促进官兵自救互救能力的提高。

Objective To explore the effect of first aid skill training for naval officers and soldiers in a grass-roots army under the guidance of empowerment theory.Methods Based on the needs of officers and soldiers,a training and treatment team was established,the training needs were investigated,the training objectives were established,the training materials were compiled,the team personnel were organized to implement the training according to the theoretical steps of empowerment,and the effect after the training was evaluated.Results Six first-aid skills among the first 15 items were trained according to the research needs.Compared with the results one month after the training,the theoretical knowledge of hemostasis,ventilation,transport,bandage and CPR technology after the training was improved compared with that before the training.Six first-aid operation techniques such as the CPR technology,ventilation technology spinning tourniquet operation had statistical significance in the distribution(P<0.01).Conclusion Under the background of extensive mass training,the officers and soldiers of grass-roots army have preliminary first-aid skills,but they still need to reasonably arrange daily training and retraining.Military hospitals should establish a long-term linkage mechanism with grass-roots army toplay the role of radiation demonstration,and jointly promote the improvement of self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities of officers and soldiers.
