摘要
区域急诊平台信息化体系建设是新时代解决医疗体制问题的重大探索和突破,也是针对目前急诊医疗服务体系现状应运而生的。其宗旨是以患者的病情为核心、以救治生命为理念,倡导院前急救、院前院内无缝衔接、最大可能的降低胸痛、卒中、创伤等时间高度依赖性疾病的病死率,挽救患者生命。
The construction of regional a emergency platform information system is a major exploration and breakthrough to solve the problems of the medical system in the new era and a response to the current situation of emergency medical service system.The purpose is to take the patient’s condition as the core and to save life,advocate pre-hospital first aid,pre-hospital and hospital seamless connection,and to reduce the fatality rate of chest pain,stroke,trauma and other time-dependent diseases as much as possible,and also to save patients’ lives.
