Development in Functional Agriculture Innovation Facing the Hidden Hunger Problem in China

中国农业发展从追求吃饱饭到追求吃好饭,吃的健康。绿色安全且富有营养物质的优质农产品的需求大量提升。加强功能农业发展,对我国农业供给侧结构性改革、健康中国战略等具有重要意义。生物营养强化技术作为功能农业重要研究方向之一,具有使农作物定量含有某种或某几种矿物质的作用,从而有助于改善我国“隐性饥饿”问题。本文综述了生物营养强化技术发展成因及创新研究进展,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望,为发展生物营养强化技术改善“隐性饥饿”问题提供了理论支撑。

The development of China’s agriculture has shifted from the pursuit of a full meal to the pursuit of a good meal and healthy intake. The demand for green, safe and nutritious high-quality agricultural products has increased significantly. Strengthening the development of functional agriculture is great significance to China’s agricultural supplyside structural reform and vigorous strategy for healthy China. As one of the important research directions of functional agriculture, bio-nutrition fortification technology has the effect of allowing crops to quantitatively contain one or several minerals, thereby helping to improve China’s "hidden hunger" problems. This article reviews the causes and innovation research progress of bio-nutrition fortification technology, and prospects its future development directions, which provides theoretical support for the development of bio-nutrition fortification technology to improve the problem of "hidden hunger".
