Strengthening Technology Research and Promoting HighQuality Development of Selenium-Enrichd Industry——Taking Ningxia as an Example

硒是人和动物生命活动必需的微量元素,通过富硒农产品补硒是一种简单而有效的方法。宁夏富硒土壤面积大、土层厚、硒含量丰富,为宁夏的富硒产业发展提供了宝贵的资源条件。自2011年起,宁夏投入大量的人力和物力,实施富硒土壤资源普查和富硒农产品开发工作,取得了一定的成效。文章结合宁夏富硒产业发展现状和必要性,介绍了开展的主要工作及进展,分析了面临的问题,对富硒产业今后发展提出了举措和建议。

Selenium is an essential trace element for humans and animals.It is a simple effective way to supplement selenium by eating selenium-enriched agricultural products.The large area,thick soil layer and selenium-enriched soil provide valuable resource conditions for the development of selenium-enriched industry in Ningxia.Since 2011,Ningxia has invested a lot of human and material resources to implement the general survey of selenium-enriched soil resources and the development of selenium-enriched agricultural products,and achieved certain results.Combined with the status quo and necessity of the development of selenium-enriched industry in Ningxia,this paper introduces the main work and progress,analyzes the problems faced,and puts forward measures and suggestions for the future development of seleniumenriched industry.
