摘要
Objective To explore the effects of Zicui Tongmai Decoction(ZCTMD)on blood glucose,insulin resistance and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)signaling pathway in skeletal muscle of diabetic rats.Methods Ten of the 45 SD rats(clean grade)were selected as control group using random number table,the remaining 35 rats were fed with high-fat and high sugar diet,combined with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin to establish the model of type 2 diabetes.
