Effects of Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue recipe on intestinal flora of NOD mice with Sjogren's syndrome

摘要 Objective To study the effects of Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on intestinal flora of NOD mice with Sjogren’s syndrome(SS)by using high-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA.MethodsA total of 24 NOD mice were randomly divided into 4 groups,i.e.Chinese medicine group,Western medicine group,Chinese and Western medicine group and model group,6 in each group.
