摘要
职业教育行政化内卷对社会资源的"倒吸"现象在持续发酵,导致职业教育工作方向偏离、实效性弱化。探讨职业教育行政化内卷引发的社会资源"倒吸"的表现及后果,应明确人岗匹配及资源调配原则,通过体制完善与工具创新重新赋能、合纵连横实现职业教育与社会资源协同发展。
The siphonic effect on social resources caused by intensified administration of vocational education continues to expand,which to a large extent has made vocational education deviate and has weakened the effects of vocational education.The article discusses the performance and consequences of the"siphonic effect"on social resources caused by intensified administration of vocational education and argues that based on the principles of proper matching of people with their posts as well as resource allocation,vocational education and social resources can be coordinately developed through improving the system and innovating the tools.
