This article,centered around the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in colleges and universities,concludes that the construction of offices Party branches in colleges and universities should be put in a more prominent position. Building a more perfect assessment and evaluation system,responsibility system,standard system and regulation system,will help to make Party construction in higher institutions more effective, so as to improve the capability of Party organizations,and to promote the sense of mission of Party members.
