Exploration and Construction of Open and Innovative Experiment Teaching in Basic Medical Sciences

随着国家和社会对于医学创新人才的需求日益增加,医学实验教学作为培养医学生实践能力和批判思维的主要途径越来越受到重视,但从根本上来说,实验作为理论课程的辅助与补充的观点没有根本扭转,因此,基础医学实验教学改革势在必行。基础医学开放创新实验教学以学生为主体,通过设置基础技能与验证性实验、综合性实验、设计性和创新性实验等阶梯实验,为学生提供自主化、个性化、阶段化、分级化的实验指导,通过教学设置动态化、实验项目分级化、教学管理信息化、考核形式立体化等方式,满足以知识、能力、素质为导向的医学创新人才个性化培养。

With the increasing demand of the country and society for medical innovative talents,medical experiment teaching,as the main way to cultivate medical students’practical ability and critical thinking,has received more and more attention.However,the view of regarding experiments as the auxiliary and supplement of theoretical courses has not been fundamentally changed.Therefore,the reform of basic medical experiment teaching is imperative.The open and innovative basic medicine experiment teaching takes students as the main body,and provides students with independent,individualized,staged and hierarchical experiment guidance by setting up basic skills and confirmatory experiments,comprehensive experiments,design and innovative experiments and other step-by-step experiments.Through dynamic teaching settings,hierarchical experiment projects,informatization of teaching management,and three-dimensional assessment methods,it can satisfy the personalized training of medical innovative talents oriented by knowledge,ability,and quality.
