研究生思想政治教育是研究生教育的根基,对高校人才培养质量具有重要影响。在新时代背景下,研究生思想政治教育工作面临着新的挑战与困境,构建新时代研究生思想政治工作协同育人机制至关重要。通过阐述构建新时代研究生思想政治工作协同育人机制的重要意义和现实困境,从改革育人机制、强化理想信念、汇聚育人力量、融合育人阵地四个方面,对构建新时代研究生思想政治工作协同育人机制的实现路径进行了研究,进而构建协同育人机制,形成全员、全过程、全方位育人的局面。

Graduate ideological and political education is the foundation of graduate education and has an important impact on the quality of talent training in universities.In the new era,the graduate ideological and political education work is facing new challenges and difficulties,and it is crucial to build the collaborative education mechanism of the graduate ideological and political work in the new era.This paper expounds the significance and the practical dilemma of constructing the collaborative education mechanism for graduate ideological and political work in the new era,and studies the implementation of the collaborative education mechanism from the four aspects of reforming the education mechanism,strengthening ideal and belief education,gathering all the education strength,and integrating all the education positions,so as to build the collaborative education mechanism and to form the“three-whole education”situation.
