摘要
专业课程是思想政治教育的隐性过程。“报酬管理”介绍薪酬及福利相关的理论、系统设计等内容,它与金钱直接关联,是进行财富金钱观教育最好的切入点,是思政育人的重点环节。基于《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》要求,结合“报酬管理”教学知识点,从学术理论、国家战略及相关政策、法律法规等方面进行有关概念内涵的拓展,有效组织我国最低工资水平及国家薪酬政策、有关福利的法律法规等相关教学材料,立足于中国历史、国情,挖掘课程思政内容。通过课堂导入、课下阅读和上课讨论等形式进行思政融入,运用不同形式的考核达到使学生提升意识、爱岗敬业、有效迁移的教学效果。
Ideological and political education can be carried out imperceptibly in professional course teaching.“Compensation management”introduces the theories and the system design related to salary and welfare.It is directly related to money.It is the best entry point for the view education about wealth and money,and it is the key link of ideological and political education.Based on the requirements of the Guidelines for Curriculum Ideological and Political Education Construction in Colleges and Universities,and combined with the knowledge points of the teaching content of“compensation management”,this paper expands the connotation of relevant concepts from the aspects of the academic theories,the national strategy,and the relevant policies,laws and regulations,and organizes the related teaching materials such as the policies about China’s minimum wage level and salary,the laws and regulations about welfare.Based on the history and the national conditions of China,it explores the ideological and political elements of the course.Ideological and political education is carried out in the forms of classroom introduction,after-class reading and class discussion,and different forms of assessment are used to achieve the teaching effect of effective transfer,so as to improve students’awareness,make them love their work and be devoted to it.
