剧本情景模拟教学在提高护生共情能力的应用--以儿科临床护理教学为例 被引量:1

Application of Scenario Simulation Teaching in Improving Nursing Students’Empathic Ability——Taking Pediatrics Clinical Nursing Teaching as an Example

摘要 探讨剧本式病例情景模拟教学对护理本科实习生在儿科临床实习时与患者共情能力的影响。对照组按照广西医科大学护理学院及医院共同制定的教学大纲采取常规教学法,观察组在教学大纲范围内使用剧本式病例情景模拟教学,比较两组护生在入科、出科时的共情能力得分情况。两组护生在入科时共情能力得分、理论和操作考试成绩比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组在出科时共情能力得分和操作考试得分较高,有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明剧本式病例情景模拟教学能提高护理本科实习生在儿科临床实习时与患儿或家属的共情能力。 This paper discusses the effect of script case scenario simulation teaching on the empathy ability of undergraduate nursing interns with patients in pediatric clinical practice.In the control group,the conventional teaching method is adopted according to the syllabus jointly formulated by College of Nursing and the Hospital of Guangxi Medical University.In the observation group,script case scenario simulation teaching is used within the scope of the syllabus.The purpose is to compare the scores of empathy ability of nursing students in the two groups when entering and leaving the Department.There is no significant difference in the scores of empathy ability,theory and operation examination between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of empathy ability and operation examination of the observation group are higher when they leave the Department,which is statistically significant(P<0.05).It is found that script case scenario simulation teaching could improve the empathy ability of undergraduate nursing interns with children or their families during pediatric clinical practice.
