高校分校区新生适应教育模式探究

摘要 分校区办学是目前我国高校发展中普遍采用的一种模式,与国外相比历史短、经验少,研究分校区办学模式下的教育管理问题具有重要现实意义。新生适应教育作为学生教育管理工作的首要环节,在分校区办学模式下,面临巨大的挑战。在对分校区新生调研和座谈的基础上,分析分校区办学过程中开展新生适应教育存在的问题,探讨成因,并就如何开展分校区大学新生适应教育提出对策,对大一新生集中教学管理的分校区办学模式下的教育管理工作具有较高的参考价值和指导意义。 Sub campus is a common mode in the development of colleges and universities in China.Compared with foreign countries,it has a short history and less experience.It is of great practical significance to study the education management under the school running mode of sub campus.As the primary link of student education management,freshmen’s adaptation education is facing great challenges under the school running mode of sub campus.Based on the investigation and discussion of the freshmen in the sub campus,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the adaptive education of freshmen in the process of running the sub campus,discusses the causes,and puts forward countermeasures on how to carry out the adaptive education of freshmen in the sub campus,which has reference value and guiding significance for the educational management under the sub campus school running mode of centralized teaching and management of freshmen.
