药学硕士专业学位研究生教育的思考

Reflections on the Education of the Professional Master of Pharmacy

药学专业学位是我国学位制度中一项重要内容。十余年来,我国药学硕士专业学位各招生单位不断探索专业学位培养模式,现已基本形成了符合药学硕士专业学位研究生培养的布局规划、教育模式、标准体系等,为国家培养了大批高层次应用型药学专门人才。通过分析目前我国药学专业学位硕士培养模式及发展现状,着力于如何构建“产学研用”深度融合的药学硕士专业学位人才培养模式,并提出发展建议与思路,以期为中国特色社会主义现代化建设需要的药学专业学位研究生培养模式提供参考。

The degree of Pharmacy is an important part of the degree system in China.Over the past ten years,the enrollment units of master of Pharmacy in China have continuously explored the professional degree training mode,and have basically formed the layout planning,education mode and standard system in line with the postgraduate training of master of Pharmacy,which has trained a large number of high-level applied pharmaceutical professionals for China.By analyzing the current training mode and development status of master’s degree in Pharmacy in China,this paper focuses on how to build a talent training mode of master’s degree in Pharmacy with the deep integration of“industry,university,research and application”,and puts forward development suggestions and ideas,in order to provide reference for the training mode of master’s degree in Pharmacy required by the construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.
