西藏自治区拉萨市小学生新媒体课外阅读现状分析 被引量:1

摘要 我国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要(简称“十四五”规划)中明确指出要“加快数字社会建设步伐”“聚焦教育、就业、文体等重点领域,推动数字化普惠应用”“积极发展在线课堂、智慧图书馆”等,为此我们立足时代发展、结合学科专业,探究以拉萨市为代表的西藏小学生语文阅读能力提升情况。力求以小的切入点解决实际问题,分析西藏拉萨市小学生新媒体课阅读现状,提出相应的对策、建议,为我国西藏自治区基础教育事业发展提供参考和助力,为西藏自治区乃至全国基础教育的发展增砖添瓦。 The 14th Five-year Plan for China’s national economic and social development and the Outline of Long-term Goals for 2035 clearly point out that we should accelerate the construction of a digital society,focus on key areas such as education,employment and sports,promote digital applications,and actively develop online classrooms and intelligent libraries.Therefore,we should explore the improvement of primary school students’Chinese reading ability in Lhasa by following the development of the times and combining disciplines and majors.This paper tries to solve practical problems with a small starting point,analyzes the current situation of primary school students’new media reading in Lhasa,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide reference and help for the development of basic education in Tibet Autonomous Region.
