一种无线电高度表试验器的设计研究

摘要 针对当前直升机无线电高度表手动测试设备接线、操作复杂,接口损耗大,自动测试设备模拟高度准确度不高,测试灵活性低,两者都存在测试数据分散,难以系统分析等问题,运用自动测控技术和数据库技术,设计研制一种测试精度高、具备数据分析能力的无线电高度表试验器。通过对某型无线电高度表结构原理进行深入剖析,设计的试验器能模拟直升机地面静止状态和飞行状态环境进行各项性能检测,对历次测试数据进行分析,锁定故障点,辅助地面维修人员进行性能检测和故障排除,对直升机维修工厂提升维修效率、提高维修质量具有重要意义。 In view of the problems of current helicopter radio altimeters,such as the manual test equipment’s complex wiring,operation and large interface loss and the automatic test equipment’s low simulation height accuracy and low test flexibility,as well as scattered test data and difficult system analysis existing in both of them,the automatic measurement and control technology and the database technology are used to design and develop a radio altimeter tester with high test accuracy and data analysis capabilities.Through the in-depth analysis of the structural principle of a certain type of radio altimeter,the designed tester can simulate the helicopter’s ground static state and flight state environment for various performance tests,analyze the previous test data,lock the fault points,and assist ground maintenance personnel in performance testing and troubleshooting.It is of great significance for the helicopter maintenance factory to improve the maintenance efficiency and quality.
