摘要
在职业教育视域下,依据职业教育的理论及实践观点,可以厘清劳动精神、工匠精神、劳模精神与五育之间相统一的应然关系。在职业教育实践场域中,通过对劳动精神、工匠精神、劳模精神与五育在人才培养过程中协同作用、培养载体、培养路径上的整体性把握,可以厘清二者之间相统一的必然关系。剖析“党对职业教育的全面领导”“以人民为中心”“职业教育高质量发展”等新时代职业教育特色,可以阐明劳动精神、工匠精神、劳模精神和五育之间相统一的辩证关系。
From the perspective of vocational education and according to the theoretical and practical views of vocational education,one can clarify the necessary relationship between labor spirit,craftsman spirit,model worker spirit and five educations.In the practice field of vocational education,through the overall grasp of the synergy,training carrier and training path of labor spirit,craftsman spirit,labor model spirit and five educations in the process of talent training,one can clarify the inevitable relationship between the two.By analyzing the characteristics of vocational education in the new era,such as“the Party’s overall leadership over vocational education”,“people-centered”and“high-quality development of vocational education”,one can clarify the dialectical relationship between labor spirit,craftsman spirit,model worker spirit and five educations.
