摘要 三阴性乳腺癌(triple negative breast cancer,TNBC)是雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)和人表皮生长因子受体-2((human epidermal growth factor receptor 2,HER-2)检测都是阴性的乳腺癌,是目前我国乳腺癌亚型中极具侵袭性、死亡率最高的一类强异质性的乳腺恶性肿瘤,由于缺乏治疗标志物和有效的靶向治疗,常发生转移性疾病而预后不良。目前,对于肿瘤治疗主要通过化疗来直接攻击肿瘤细胞本身,但是,肿瘤的发生、发展还受其周围微环境的影响。肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor associated macrophages,TAMs)是肿瘤微环境(tumor micro-environment,TME)中主要的免疫细胞,目前有关TAMs与肿瘤细胞之间相互作用机制已有大量研究,TAMs在肿瘤血管生成、增殖、协助肿瘤免疫逃逸及耐药上扮演着重要的角色,TAMs有望成为临床治疗中的重要靶点。本文将对三阴性乳腺癌TME中TAMs的作用及研究进展进行综述,旨在为探索更多的肿瘤治疗方法提供潜在策略。 Triple-negative breast cancer( TNBC) is a strongly heterogeneous group of breast malignant tumors that tests all negative for Estrogen Receptor( ER),Progesterone Receptor( PR) and Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor-2( HER-2). It is one of the most aggressive and heterogeneous breast malignancies with the highest mortality rate among the subtypes of breast cancer in China,and it often develops metastatic disease with poor prognosis due to the lack of therapeutic markers and effective targeted therapy. Currently,tumor treatment mainly involves chemotherapy to directly attack tumor cells themselves,but the development of tumors is also influenced by their surrounding microenvironment. Tumor Associated Macrophages( TAMs) are the main immune cells in the Tumor Micro-environment( TME),and the mechanisms of interaction between TAMs and tumor cells have been studied extensively. TAMs play an important role in tumor angiogenesis,proliferation,tumor immune escape and drug resistance.TAMs are expected to be important targets in clinical treatment. In this paper,we review the role and research progress of TAMs in TME of triple-negative breast cancer,with the aim of providing potential strategies for exploring more therapeutic approaches.
