重复经颅磁刺激在中枢神经系统疾病治疗中的应用研究进展

The research progress on the application of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of central nervous system diseases

重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)是一种新兴的非侵入神经调控技术,具有经济便携、安全性高、操作简便和副作用小等特点。作为一种新兴的神经调控技术,其逐渐应用于神经康复和精神心理等领域。本综述基于近年来国内外公开发表的r TMS在中枢神经疾病治疗中的研究成果,重点综述了rTMS在脑损伤、神经退行性疾病和精神疾病康复治疗中的应用现状及其改善认知功能障碍的可能机制,最后,对rTMS研究中存在的不足和发展趋势进行简要总结,旨在为临床及科研工作提供一定的参考。

Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)is a novel non-invasive neuromodulation technology with the characteristics of economy and portability,high safety,simple operation and low side-effects.It has been gradually applied in the field of neurorehabilitation and psychology.Based on the research works of rTMS in the treatment of central nervous system diseases published in recent years,this review mainly focuses on the application status of rTMS in the rehabilitation of brain injury,neurodegenerative diseases and mental diseases,as well as its possible mechanism of improving cognitive dysfunction.At last,we summarized the problems and development trends in rTMS research field to provide some reference for clinical and scientific research.
