摘要
青蒿琥酯对肿瘤增殖具有较强的抑制作用,而且线粒体靶向策略是一种增强药物活性的有效方法.采用青蒿琥酯与3种能靶向线粒体的化合物进行偶联制备出线粒体靶向的青蒿琥酯衍生物;通过对酸碱、催化剂以及溶剂等条件的筛选,制备并鉴定出线粒体靶向青蒿琥酯化合物的结构.
Artesunate has a strong inhibitory effect on tumor proliferation,and mitochondrial targeting strategy is an effective method to enhance drug activity.Mitochondrial-targeted artesunate derivatives were prepared by coupling artesunate with three compounds that can target mitochondria.Through the selection of acid,base,catalysts and solvents,mitochondrial targeted artesunate derivatives were prepared and the structure was identified.
