摘要
近年来,人民币国际化面临的“天花板效应”逐渐显现。对此,国家的顶层设计和学界的理论研究提出了一定的方向性和操作性指引。不过,为进一步有效推进人民币国际化,还需要回答人民币国际化推进的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和现实逻辑。具体而言,人民币国际化的历史逻辑是破解长期困扰中国经济社会运行的“货币本位难题”,理论逻辑是综合多重因素的理论考量,现实逻辑是做好战略目标设定、优选推进区域、构建伙伴网络。
In recent years, the "ceiling effect" faced by RMB internationalization has gradually emerged. In this regard,the country’s top-level design and academic research have put forward certain directional and operational guidelines. However,in order to further effectively promote the internationalization of the RMB, it is necessary to answer the historical logic, theoretical logic and practical logic of the promotion of the internationalization of the RMB. Specifically, the historical logic of RMB internationalization is to solve the "currency standard dilemma" that has long plagued China’s economic and social operation. The theoretical logic is a theoretical consideration that integrates multiple factors, and the realistic logic is to do a good job in setting strategic goals, optimizing promotion areas, and building a partner network.
