柔性半柔性路面基层的服役情况调研

Service Investigation of Flexible and Semi-flexible Road Base

路面基层材料是路面整体服役性能良好的关键,是路面结构中极其重要的功能层和承重层。通过对路面破环现象的研究发现,水损害是湖北省多雨地区半刚性基层沥青路面的常见病害。针对当前道路的早期病害问题,提出了半刚性基层路面早期病害的解决方案。此外,还总结了湖北省在刚性、柔性与半柔性基层领域做的实验性应用研究,调研了典型的柔性半柔性路面基层的服役情况,并提出了一类具有发展潜力的改进型水稳大粒径碎石基层———拳石嵌锁型半柔性路面基层,其可大幅度提高施工效率和填充的密实性。

As an important functional layer and load-bearing layer in pavement structure,road base material is the key to the excellent pavement performance.It is found that water damage is a common disease of semi-rigid asphalt pavement in rainy areas of Hubei province.Aiming at the early disease problem of current road,the solution of the early disease of semi-rigid base pavement is proposed.In addition,this paper also summarizes the experimental application research in the field of rigid flexible and semi-flexible base in Hubei province,investigate the typical service condition of flexible and semi flexible pavement base,and put forward a kind of semi-flexible pavement base with fist-stone embedding,it can greatly improve the efficiency of the construction and filling compactness.
