摘要
文章通过远红外测试仪对针织面料、机织面料、植绒面料、银色印花面料进行测试,探究纺织品不同测试面的远红外性能,结果表明:针织面料和机织面料的不同测试面对远红外性能无显著影响;植绒面料植绒面的远红外发射率要低于基布面,植绒面的温升值要高于基布面;银色印花面料印花面的远红外发射率和远红外温升值远低于基布面。
In this paper,knitted fabrics,woven fabrics,flocking fabrics and silver printing fabrics were tested by far infrared test instrument.The far infrared properties of different test surfaces of textiles were investigated.The results showed that the different test surfaces of knitted fabrics and woven fabrics had no significant influence on the far infrared performance.In flocking fabric,the far infrared emissivity of flocking surface was lower than that of the base cloth,and the temperature appreciation of flocking surface was higher than that of the base cloth.In silver printing fabric far infrared emissivity and far infrared temperature appreciation of printing surface were much lower than those of the base cloth.
