浅析既有建筑改造项目电气设计

Analysis on Electrical Design of Existing Building Reconstruction Project

既有建筑改造项目既要破旧立新,又要考虑节约环保和施工可行性等多方因素,不能完全照搬新建建筑的设计思路。本文从既改项目的特点分享既改项目设计要点、难点,通过从设计前期的物业评估报告等到设计过程中的新旧规范对比、用电量核算、配电设计、照明设计、防雷接地等多方面进行了分析并且提出了相关利旧改造措施及不同解决方案和设计过程中应注意的事项及制图建议。

The existing building reconstruction projects should not only be old and new, but also consider many factors such as saving environmental protection and construction feasibility, which can not completely copy the design ideas of new buildings. From the characteristics of the existing project, this paper introduces the key points and difficulties of the design of the existing project. According to the comparison of the old and new specifications, power consumption accounting, power distribution design, lighting design, etc., this paper analyzes the lightning protection and grounding and other aspects, and puts forward the relevant renovation measures and different solutions, matters needing attention in the design process and drawing suggestions.
