摘要
在汽车涂装车间的改造过程中,由于网络架构的不合理,网络上各个PLC之间需要大规模的数据传输,导致出现网络带宽超限的故障,影响PLC之间数据通讯,经过优化网络架构,减少了大量不必要的数据传输,保证了整个车间数据通讯的稳定性和可靠性。
In the transformation process of automobile painting workshop, the failure of network bandwidth overrun occurs due to the unreasonable network architecture, which affects the data communication between PLC. After optimizing the network architecture, it reduces a large number of unnecessary data transmission and ensures the stability and reliability of data communication in the whole workshop.
