Thoughts on a Roof Fire

由一场屋面火灾案例,探究建筑物屋面功能、设施复杂化的现状下,通过设置配电箱/控制箱内火灾报警探测器、增设屋面消火栓、提高屋面灭火措施标准,有针对性的设置灭火措施,解决建筑物屋面火灾预警、灭火、人身安全等问题。并对现行规范屋面设计存在空白地带,建筑物运维管理无法闭环的缺陷提出期许。

Based on a case of roof fire, this paper explores the present situation of complex roof functions and facilities of buildings, through setting fire alarm detector in distribution box/control box, adding fire hydrant to roof, and raising the standard of roof fire-fighting measures, set fire protection measures to solve the building roof fire early warning, fire-fighting, personal safety and other issues. At the same time, the defect that there is blank space in the current standard roof design and building operation and maintenance management can not be closed loop is put forward.
