摘要
产教融合、科教融合是“创新驱动”国家战略下提升高等教育质量的必由之路。基于“双融合”理论,从教育理念创新、课程体系重构、培养模式转型和配套机制改革四方面着力,构建“学科-人才-科研-产业”一体化的高等教育创新生态系统,以培养具有学科性、应用性、创新性、产业性的“四性人才”。同时,从教师考核激励、产教融合治理、学生综合评价、经费投入及分配等方面加强配套机制改革。
The“industry-education integration”and“science-education integration”is the only way to improve the quality of higher education under the national strategy of“innovation-driven”.Based on the theory of“double integration”,this paper proposes to construct an integrated higher education innovation ecosystem of“subject-talent-research-industry”from four aspects:innovation of educational idea,reconstruction of curriculum system,transformation of training mode and reform of supporting mechanism.In order to cultivate talents with the characteristics of discipline,application,innovation and industry,a higher education innovation ecosystem of“subject-talent-research-industry”is proposed.At the same time,we will strengthen the reform of supporting mechanisms from the aspects of teacher assessment and encouragement,integrated management of production and education,comprehensive evaluation of students,investment of funds and distribution.
