摘要
电动汽车碰撞起火事故是近年来新类事故,截止目前,尚没有一套电动汽车碰撞起火原因的鉴定方法,针对缺乏鉴定依据和方法的问题,研究对应的鉴定技术和勘查方法。通过研究电动汽车起火机理,将导线熔痕的金相分析、电气火灾的剩磁检验、易燃油液的气相色谱-质谱成分分析、X射线和CT三维成像技术及后台信息采集等不同领域的鉴定勘测技术应用到电动汽车碰撞起火原因调查中,分析第一事故现场和事故车辆的合理性勘查方法。形成了起火原因鉴定技术和勘查作业方法。鉴定技术和勘查方法可提升电动汽车碰撞起火原因调查的规范化水平,对未来电动汽车碰撞起火原因检验鉴定有一定的参考价值。
Fire accident of electric vehicle crash is a new kind of accident in recent years.Up to now,there is no systematic identification technology to find out the cause of fire in electric vehicle crash,for lack of identification gist and norm,research the identification technology and exploration norm.Research the causesof electric vehicle fire,apply metallographic method,recidual magnetic method,GC/MS,X-ray,CT,capture and information system to accident investigation,analyse the reconnaissance norms at original scene and vehicle and form the identification technology and investigation specification of the cause of electric vehicle crash fire.Identification technology and investigation specification raise thelevelof identification technology of the cause of electric vehicle crash fire,which provides a certain reference value for the Identification of electric vehicle on fire after crash in the future.
