20CrMnTiH齿轮毛坯表面产生亮线原因分析

摘要 20CrMnTiH圆钢在加工成齿轮过程中,存在齿轮毛坯表面亮线现象,采用ARL3460直读光谱仪和扫描电镜对齿轮毛坯试样进行分析。分析结果表明,在试样表面亮线缺陷位置检测到夹杂物,通过对夹杂物组成进行分析,认定为钙铝酸盐类复合夹杂物。 Bright lines were found in the surface of the gear blank during the gear forming process of 20CrMnTiH round steel.The gear blank samples were analyzed by ARL3460 direct reading spectrometer and scanning electron microscope.The analysis results show that inclusions are detected at the bright line defect position in the surface of the sample,and the composition of inclusions is analyzed,which is consisted of calcium aluminate compound.
