NLRP3炎症小体在卵巢病理生理中的作用及其调控 被引量:2

摘要 炎症小体是由感受蛋白、衔接蛋白以及效应蛋白组装形成的复合体,细胞在应激或感染条件下炎症小体的激活是调控炎症反应的重要机制。不同类型的炎症小体调控方式存在较大差异,NLRP3炎症小体是目前研究较为透彻也是功能最为全面的炎症小体类型。NLRP3炎症小体调控紊乱在多种人类疾病的发生、发展中起到重要的病理作用。在哺乳动物卵巢中,NLRP3不仅是参与卵泡的正常发育,其过度激活也是导致多囊卵巢以及卵巢功能退化的重要因素。因此,总结并阐明NLRP3炎症小体在卵巢生理和疾病中的作用及其调控机制对于后续相关研究的开展及临床治疗手段的开发都具有重要意义。 The inflammasome is a multimolecular complex formed by chemosensory protein,adapter protein,and effector protein,and the activation of inflammasome is an important mechanism of regulating inflammatory response under the condition of stress or infection. Different types of inflammasome have different regulatory mechanisms,and at present,NOD-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3) inflammasome is a well-studied pleiotropic subtype of inflammasome. Disordered regulation of NLRP3 inflammasome has an important pathological role in the development and progression of various human diseases. In mammalian ovary,NLRP3 inflammasome is involved in the normal development of follicles,while the excessive activation of NLRP3 inflammasome is also a crucial factor for polycystic ovarian syndrome and functional ovarian degeneration. Therefore,it is of great significance to summarize and clarify the role of NLRP3 inflammasome in ovarian physiology and diseases and its regulatory mechanisms,which is important for subsequent studies.
