摘要
随着智慧工厂的出现和应用,为满足行业对工业机器人装配、调试、维修等方面的需求,相关高校开设了"工业机器人与生产线"课程。但在传统教学中,因学生数量多、设备少、实操危险,导致出现学生实践经验不足、学习积极性较低、教学效果较差等现象。引入虚拟仿真技术和数字化平台能够有效打破理论教学与工程实践之间的壁垒,增强学生的动手操作能力和系统编程调试能力,加速智慧课堂的改革与创新,从而填补当前工业机器人技术实践教学方面的空白。
With the emergence and application of smart factories,in order to meet the industry's needs for industrial robot assembly,debugging,maintenance,etc.,relevant colleges and universities have opened"Industrial Robots and Production Lines"courses.However,in traditional teaching.due to the large number of students,the lack of equipment,and the danger of practical operation,students lack practical experience,low learning enthusiasm,and poor teaching effect.The introduction of virtual simulation technology and digital platform can effectively break the barriers between theoretical teaching and engineering practice,enhance students’hands-on operation ability and system programming and debugging ability of industrial robots,and accelerate the reform and innovation of smart classrooms,thereby filling the current practice of industrial robot technology.gaps in teaching.
